This added cost is the ‘basic package’ at € 1,150m2 with the following differences:
The original copy of the building permit and all approved drawings and plans from the building permit dossier should always be kept somewhere safe at home and you should never give them to anyone for any reason. If someone else needs them, give them a photocopy.
