Born in Athens in 1969.
Married with one child.
Graduate of the Construction Works Engineers School/ Piraeus Technological Educational Institute and the Infrastructure Works Engineers School / Athens Technological Educational Institute.
Holder of a category 1 building contractors certificate for construction works and a similar certificate for hydraulic projects. Since 1992 I have been involved in the design and build of detached residences and maisonettes.
As a design consultant, I have an archive of more than 250 designs prepared for projects of all categories. As a contractor for private building projects, I have completed around ¼ of the projects in my archives.
My considerable experience in private building projects speaks for itself. I am also fully conversant in the general planning requirements, and with the procedures needed to obtain buiding permits and all the steps needed to complete registration of properties with government agencies such as the planning office, the IKA fund, municipalities, the Archaeological Service, and so on.
Nikos Batistatos has also been honoured by the international 'who is who' foundation for his activities in the construction sector.
The original copy of the building permit and all approved drawings and plans from the building permit dossier should always be kept somewhere safe at home and you should never give them to anyone for any reason. If someone else needs them, give them a photocopy.
